Cooking method:
- Bake the pepers and tomatoes at 180degrees for 10-15 minutes, then peel the vegetablesand beat until smooth. Add the vegetables broth, salt, spices to the resuting mass and heat.
- Boil the cabbage and leek separately, beat with a blender and add cream and olive oil. Bring the finished mixture to a boil.
- Pour the red mass onto the plate first, then the green one. Decorate the dish with herbs and the “dry vegetables”spice.
